Lithia Chevrolet of Redding became a part of the Lithia Motors family of dealerships in June 1998 after being acquired from Rodway Chevrolet Co. Lithia Chevrolet of Redding, near the surrounding areas of Redding, Red Bluff, Anderson, Cottonwood, Shasta Lake, Chico, Yreka, and Corning California, features a wide selection of new Chevrolet and used Chevrolet cars, trucks and SUVs. *WARNING* Long Review (I'll try to make it short) My wife and I recently purchased a 2018 Chevy Equinox from Lithia. Our sales rep Chris was awesome, he made us feel very comfortable and was a pleasure to talk to. He was very knowledgeable and answered every question we had. The purchase was smooth and the deal was even better. So you can imagine our surprise, when our brand new Equinox broke down on the side of the road with only 24 miles on the odometer. This event occurring not 20 minutes after the final signing and handshakes. (This is not a negative comment, just explaining the situation) After this event, the team at Lithia went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of. My wife was given a vehicle while the service team looked into the issue. After speaking to our Sales rep Chris and the Assistant General Manager, also Chris, they decided to put us into another Equinox. We are both very happy with the vehicle and very happy with how we were treated at Lithia. I couldn't think of anywhere else to recommend a friend or family member to purchase a vehicle. Lithia Chevrolet of Redding has earned two very loyal customers or years to come. Thank you to Chris Ryan and Chris Wilson from sales for handling the whole situation so well and setting us up with the new Equinox. I would also like to thank the Service Writer William Forbes for keeping us informed of what was going on with the original Equinox, and finally Steve Burgess for handling paperwork for two vehicles when we only actually purchased one. This has been one of the most laid back, yet extremely professional vehicle buying experiences I have ever had! A special thank you to Mr. Scott Fowler for you outstanding devotion in finding the truck am truly satisfied with!!!

Mr. Skoglund was very knowledgeable and made my car buying experience very pleasant. Also the manager and finance guy were very friendly and made me feel like a valued customer! Would highly recommend Connor Skoglund to my friends and family. Thank you Lithia!

I walked onto the lot while my Tundra was being serviced at Toyota. I was greeted right away by Scott and he treated me with utmost respect. I told him I was interested in a Duramax and he took me right away to look at one. I test drove it and told him I’d have to come back the next day to finish up the deal. The color I wanted wasn’t in stock but Scott and Lithia staff worked to find me the color and options I wanted. They got it to me weeks before expected, and when it came in the salesman Scott walked me through all the options, buttons, explained how to tow with it and set me up with OnStar and Sirius XM. He helped me install the MyChevrolet app on my phone and when it malfunctioned, I called and he helped me reinstall it. He took me to all departments and introduced me to the staff I would be working with, and made sure I understood everything. If I don’t remember something he told me, I call the dealership and he explains it to me again. This is by far the best service I’ve ever had and I will buy Chevrolet’s from now on!

I am never expecting to have a "great" experience when buying a vehicle, but I would say that this is definitely a first for me. At all times, I felt that the folks at Lithia had my interests as a priority. I bought a great vehicle at a great price and worked with a very helpful and knowledgeable staff, but most importantly, they made it more about me and less about what they wanted.
