I recently purchased a car at Tom Peck Ford in Clinton Wisconsin.  I dealt exclusively with Randy Hohensee.    He was open and honest throughout the process.   No pressure.   No games.   A fair price on my new car and a fair trade in value for my old car.   This was easily the best car buying experience I have had.

**CONSUMER ALERT** I recently had to have some work done on my Ford Explorer and took it to Tom Peck Ford. I had to have a wheel bearing replaced that was starting to make noise. They replaced the part and shortly after I started to get an ABS sensor warning & then others. Then, while on a family excursion a rotational grinding noise began. We limped home and I inspected the front tires only to notice 3 of the 5 lug bolts (on the hub they replaced) were completely sheared off and the last two that were left you could twist by hand. My whole family could have been killed if those last two lug nuts had come off while driving. Anyway, they towed it in, and told me the part had failed. I was understanding and they replaced it. As soon as I picked up the vehicle the rotational grinding sound was still there as well as all the warning codes and alarms were still on. I spoke with service and they informed me now the other side was out. The other side was NOT an issue prior to their repair and I have two other 2nd opinions stating they (most likely) didn't put the tire back on correctly and it caused a slew of other issues. Now, my vehicle is completely unusable/unsafe and they are refusing to fix the damage they caused. The General Manager at first seemed helpful but is now refusing any responsibility. I'm not one to even review a company publicly but I am left with little option.
