These guys are awesome! I came into my office the other day and my work computer wouldn't power on (ended up being a fried power supply) --- I spoke with Ari from Landshark IT and she was at my office within 20 minutes. She had the computer back working within the same day and was able to recover my entire hard drive too! I highly recommend them!

I always thought if I had a problem with my laptop that the best solution was to buy a new one. However I called Landshark just in case and they inspired me to give them a try. Very happy with this service.  They gave me an estimate and were able to stick to it. Fixed my computer as promised, within time period they promised.  Even offered to deliver it to me.  Computer is working great now.  Definitely recommend them!

Joe and Ari are not only exceptionally well-versed and outstanding in their field, they're also patient and have a rare knack for speaking plainly (but never condescendingly) to non-IT Luddites like me.  They repaired what for other IT repair folks is next to impossible: a laptop fried by lightning, all the while keeping me updated AND providing me with a loaner AND working around my schedule and geographic area. If I could give them ten stars, I would. Go to them -- always -- all of these five-star ratings are the real deal!
