Too bad you have to give a star to give a review because this place doesn't even deserve a piece of one! Bought a washer & dryer from them 3 months ago & the belt broke on the dryer 10 days ago.. I called the same day they told me a guy would be calling within a few days to schedule a time to fix it.. I called 3 days later and Brittany said there is no paperwork of me calling & she would be calling me back... Few days later still no call so i call to see what in the world is going on. The store manager Roy got on the phone and was completely rude & at the end told me a guy would be by to fix it Saturday... Here it is Monday.. Dryer is still broke & no one has even called to let me know what's going on. All i have to say is If you don't know how to run a business than you shouldn't have one.

Terrible customer service. Delivery service is bad. They do not tell you what the exactly time they gonna come. Re-scheduled many times. Nobody has enough time or free enough to wait for you to come. When I gave them a call, a lady said: “ The delivery guy has a bunch of work to do.” How the heck that we don’t have ‘bunch’ of work to do? Called in, canceled my order and take my money back. Don’t waste your time if you can’t pick your stuffs because their delivery service will get you headache.

I bought a cash and carry couch and chair on Saturday February 24th as of today Sunday the 25th found out the furniture was infested with bed bugs found the nest and everything now I have to spend hundreds of dollars on Pest Control to make sure nothing else is in my house which means everything in that store is going to be infested with them the place is absolutely disgusting I will never ever again by anything I am going to blow up the internet with reviews and telling people what happened to prevent this from happening to you I have a very sick special needs handicapped child who could potentially get very sick from this that's why their stuff is so cheap especially for Cash & Carry never ever again I've contacted my lawyer Skinner and Skinner Associates and I will be getting my $349 back whether they like it or not because my lawyer will make them responsible for all pest control services as well never again will I buy anything from these people and I will make it my life's mission to warn you about them

Terrible customer service skills. Broke product on delivery,  no compensation for damage, sold me a bad tv set twice, paid over $1500 for busted tvs. And I'm a preferred customer... 34th St North location in St Petersburg Fl.

These guys are the best.  The company I work for uses them as a vendor.  They are extremely reliable, thorough and quick to respond.  They don't just "Haul".  They have put up tarps on roofs, cleaned gutters  cleaned up property after storms,  they even offer renovation services including the demo work.  If you need something done, you can count on Arron's Hauling.
