My phone stopped charging. Associate helped place an order for replacement after debugging few options. It was fast.and convenient.

Here is second part:

I went back once my replacement phone arrived and Simon helped me setup my new phone. He made sure new phone charged okay and everything looked good. Great service from this new location of TMobile.

My husband and I came in to get new phones and plans. Simon helped us find the right plan for us and was so informative. He gave us the best customer service I've ever received with a mobile phone carrier. Not only was Simon above and beyond, his store Manager Rick was also very personable and gave us some good information about international calls since my husband is from the UK. Edith was training with Simon and she was equally fantastic! 

People here are friendly and they won't push unnecessary products on you. I was provided with several option and left to decide myself. I really applaud their professionalism and customer service. It left a lasting impression.

Fantastic  experience.  I would highly recommend Devon and Tanner to help you with your wireless needs. Devon took the time to understand our needs and presented a perfect solution that my whole family is excited about. The store is super clean and well merchandised with any accessory you can think of. Including some fun speakers!   Thank you!

When I walked into this beautiful store I was greeted with warmest welcome I have ever experienced in a retail store. Their caring vibe was felt throughout the store. Though I was waiting to be helped I did notice that every single sales rep were paying their customers the utmost attention. You can feel it in this store, every single person is happy to be there. When I was helped their staff made me feel at home,  and they didn't try to force me to buy anything. The experience truly felt like I was being helped by a more tech-savy friend. If you are in the area I'd highly recommend coming into this store to get a new phone, fix any issues with your bill or to pick up any accessories. Their service is what made them "My Go-To T-mobile Store" Thank you guys!

So wonderful to have T-Mobile so close to home! Simon and Rick were so helpful, providing more service than I expected. Even a fresh bottle of water. A great atmosphere, good service and a great product. Thank you! It is great to know these guys can provide me with the education I need to use my new product.
