Got a new car battery online.  Got an email it was ready.  Dropped by the store and they quickly and expertly installed the new battery and took my old one for recycling (crediting me the core fee).  I also got some unusual phone batteries I could not find in other stores.  I will use them again when I need a new car battery.

Ordering with you was awesome. You had descriptions that enabled me to have confidence in what I was buying. I ordered at 11pm. I received an email at noon the next day and had my battery by that afternoon with no hassles. Not only that, but the price was significantly less expensive than the competitor who would have taken over a week to get to me!

All that and the product works flawlessly.

EXCELLENT experience with the Pleasant Hill store.  They had my online battery order ready for pick up when I stopped by the store.  Also, the young man who handled my order was nice enough to open and change out my car remote battery without charge.  Months ago, I had bought a replacement battery, but couldn't change it out.  I had trouble opening the remote because of arthritis in my fingers and the screw was so small and rusted.  Great customer service. Thank you!!!

I ordered replacement batteries fornmr Go Go Elite scooter on line for pick up in the store.  Luckly my son put the battery in the trunk because when I took it into the store I found I had ordered the wrong thing.  Not only did they get me the correct cells, but they actually installed them AT NO CHARGE.  How extrodinary in this day.  If I could I would give them 10 stars.

Arrived day after online order with confirmation email that the order was ready including the order number but that apparently wasn't enough.   Unfortunately, someone who just had a tooth-extraction was waiting for me otherwise wouldn't have felt so imposed upon -- but then what's the use of online ordering if it takes 20 minutes to find the order?

Suggest BPB review either its computer system or better train staff to use existing.  Why isn't staff able to search by ORDER NUMBER as is included in email?
