We camped two nights in a trailer. The staff is awesome. Very helpful and friendly. They work hard at maintaining all the facilities and it shows. The hike up the mountain is a workout and the views are totally awesome.

I went up there with some biker friends of mine (26) and just to ride through the park ( thinking it was a good idea to get our riders out and see the park views and camping sites as well as the lake and other amenities there it would inspire more visits' in the future with maybe their families) and they hit us with a $5 dollar per person fee. To make a long story short, we all felt like we were being robbed by our state. What is the fee for? and doesn't the taxes we pay support the parks? Fishy I think. In short we just politely turned around and left and went to Sassafras Mt. I will never go there again.

What an incredible day at the Lodge and State Park! We were there for a wedding and enjoyed the views, the lodge, and every other moment of it! Don't miss it if you're in the area!

I've climbed Table Rock about 4-5 times since I was a kid. It's always great! Bring lots of water and maybe a walking stick.

I have enjoyed many of the S.C. Parks.... FYI  DO NOT USE THE RESERVATION SYSTEM WHICH IS VIA  Reservation America ...which is a front for another  company....  IT A SCAM AND WILL COST YOU $$.
