I have come to know and trust the staff at the Kingwood Scottrade office. They have helped me very well within the expectations of the services they provide and the trades are very cost effective. Their company provides research and training material available for those who wish to learn more.

Currently with td Ameritrade and fidelity was looking to try scotttrade and see which platform I'd like to consolidate to,a Google search revealed that scotttrade had an office within one mile of my house so I decided to ride my bike therefore exercise. Upon arriving to the location at West Lake Houston and Kingwood drive I walked in and asked some general questions.stated why I was there and who I traded with.

The staff made me feel very uncomfortable they had the body language is so I was a threat to them I do not know if they had been robbed before in the past or not but they did not even want to sit down at a desk with me and discuss details I told them what I do for a living and what I was interested in and the staff member effectively extracted how much money I have invested and have saved away before she would even hand me any literature I was polite smiled and did not have anything negative to say but left as quickly as possible unfortunately I will not be looking at scotttrade for any of my financial needs in the future, I have worked in financial services in the past and that is not how you treat a customer so please put on your best clothing and drive a car when you go to this scotttrade location,otherwise you will not get service of any kind
