My bank account was hacked and I lost over 5000 dollars and they denied my claim for fraud. Our was obviously fraud my the checks that was deposited but they didn't want to do anything to help.

The staff is usually very friendly and helpful but the bank itself and the way they handle transactions is misguided and unhuman. Unfortunately all banks are like this and choice is not something we as consumers really have.
