We made the mistake of renting a house that was still for sale, the first 6 months were fine no one bothered us, these past 3 have been a living hell. The realtor Mary has no respect for boundaries, texts all the time and is trying to sell this house as if no one is living here. She would show the house everyday if we let her. I often wonder if she is even dealing with any other houses at the moment because that’s how much she texts and frustrates us. I hit my breaking point and decided to email the manager in this area (Susan) for a solution and she never bothered to email me back. And now the realtor is trying to show the house without us being here even though she knows we have 2 dogs. DO NOT do business with Watson. They continue to make it very clear that they do not care at all about people in a lease with them. They seem to be very money driven. There is a reason they have so many bad reviews.

Watson manages my rental property. Did a great job the first 2 years.  So, where is Jan. and Feb rent money $1890 for me the owner? The tenants paid late payments for both months on Feb 12th and manager said money would be in my account Feb 15th.  Did not happen Feb 22 either. Not there Feb 24 either. I am told that the ACH deposit was returned. So there was a problem and its being fixed. How long will it take to re try my deposit?

I rent from them and the experience has not been bad so far, I am a couple months in and I have no issues

I had issues with Watson the entire year I leased with them. I have never written a bad review but was so moved to do so regarding this business. They are incompetent, late, rude, thieves. Just imagine any adjective or noun that could adequately describe a bad company and that's them. I moved out of my rental property early but continued paying for the months that I had signed to lease. I paid for the entire month of August, which was the last month of rental, but when I went back at the end of the month to check on my apartment, Watson had already moved someone into my apartment. I was shocked, as I walked into someone else's living room having never been notified. This was an issue of safety for the new occupants as well as my self . Thank goodness no one was home and no one decided to use lethal protection or have aggressive animals. So, Watson property management charged the new tenants as well as myself for the end of August.  They also claimed to have written out one deposit check in both my name and my roommates name and then mailed it to her only. Upon contacting my roommate, over a month later, she had still yet to receive this supposed check. I called to discuss this with Watson and they were incredibly rude and incredibly short with me. They also had no comments regarding moving someone into my apartment for the month that I paid for. At this point, I likely will not see my deposit money. Do not have anything to do with this business. They are crooks.
