We've been renters through Associates Realty Services for almost a year and a half, and would highly recommend renting their properties. Their website is very renter-friendly,  including a Renter's Portal through which clients can pay their rent, submit and track maintenance requests, etc. We have had several "big ticket" repairs needed, through no fault of Associates Realty, and they not only sent someone out as soon as possible, they always follow-up with us to make sure we were happy with the repairs. An added bonus is that rental payments are reported to the major credit bureaus, so renting from them can have a positive effect on your credit score.They're a local company, not a countrywide corporate empire, and as such they care about their reputation and do what it takes to make sure their customers are satisfied. If you're looking for a new place to live, or commercial property to rent, I'd definitely check their inventory first and see if they have a location you need!

This company and the staff are exceptional. Truly dedicated professionals! Finding this apartment for my son's last two years in college was a real blessing. I have never experienced such fairness in regards to how Associates Reality handled and itemized some necessary move-out charges and even included the actual work receipts along with the deposit refund. Very professional with a personal touch. Marsha is amazing!

I have been renting a house from Associated Realty since April 2014.  Any issues I have had have been taken care of immediately.  Marsha is awesome!  She will work with you and help you any way she can. I definitely appreciate all her help. :) I recommend Associates Realty to everyone that asks about renting.

Associates Realty (specifically Marsha) helped us find a great rental house within blocks of campus. Everything was just as expected and the rent was right in the price range we were looking for. We have had several maintenance issues with the house, but all our requests have been handled promptly and without question. There are a lot of rental agencies in Gainesville and I have worked with several of them during my time here, some good and some terrible. Associates Realty, by far, has been the best and easiest to work with. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking to rent in the Gainesville area.
