Call and ask for Dru. We had a wonderful experience with everyone. We worked with Dru who was a phenomenal salesman and just all around nice guy and went out of his way to help us out. My wife wanted to give him a hug when we were done buying the car because she had such horrible experiences elsewhere. He answered every single one of our questions and was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles . He was patient and explained every single feature of the cars we were looking at. He was supposed to finish at 5PM but stayed until 10PM to help us buy the car. Seriously, this guy deserves a raise/promotion because it is extremely difficult to find such car salesmen these days. We know, we shopped around at 8 other dealers before coming here. The manager was also very nice and friendly and we got an amazing deal on a car originally slightly out of budget. Let me just add that my wife and I both have very high expectations when purchasing anything and we work in fields where customer service is paramount. As such, we don't really enjoy going to most car dealerships and we have had some horrible experiences in the last few weeks. This was hands down the best car buying experience I've had and I don't say that lightly. TL, DR; I'll make it very simple. Call the dealership and ask for Dru. He'll take care of everything.

Definitely recommend this place. The staff is not just out to make a sale they listen and take good care of you. My personal experience was the best! Did not intend to hit the market for a new vehicle however due to an accident I had no choice. Robert was my sales agent and not once did I feel pressured or rushed during the process. I explained my situation and before the night was over I was the owner of a Honda. Edward in the finance department is awesome too! This dealership and its representatives made me beyond happy. I will continue to buy from Tempe Honda and recommend them to family and friends.

I asked Mike Johnson several times for our the door pricing because I had a quote from Honda Scottsdale which was better than the one they quoted me!! I finally called the dealership as I was on my way to either dealership and asked for an out the door estimate!! Fast forward to the dealership! I originally wanted a 2017 burgundy civic ES but when I saw it I realized it would get too dirty!! So I drove the pearl white and liked it but I didn't want the tan interior. So I asked for the pearl White with dark interior and was told 1. They didn't have any. 2. When asked if it was at another dealership I was told I wouldn't get the Internet price I was quoted. I told the sales person I would contact another dealership and was able to find out 1. They had a new 2016 civic ES in peal white with black interior!! They also tried to convince me to finance through them which I declined since I've been approved by my bank. Once I told him that he told me I had to have my credit run anyway to prevent fraud!! Once he told me that and tried to convince me that multiple hits in 30 days doesn't harm your credit o checked out. I appreciate the deal they worked but lying to me about finding the car I would be happy with AND telling me I had to have my credit run was shady business. I'm going to drive to Scottsdale tomorrow and find me a car!! The things I asked the Internet sales manager for where given up front without 6 emails back and forth. And they actually looked for the car I wanted. They found it and they're transferring to the dealership from the stockyard!! That's service and that's how a customer should be treated. I sit in front of over 40 potential applicants every month and explain good customer service experiences as I explain the job they applied for. No one asked what I did for a living and I can only assume they didn't have any idea that I work in the financial industry so I knew I was being lied too and just how many people I manage and have direct influence over every month... I get to tell my story this week 🤗🤗

Like most of us on a first day of school we tend to get nervous. When we go on the hunt for a new car i get the same feeling. Efrain Canizales did just the opposite to make me feel as most comfortable as I could. I experienced the pressure of a sales person before its a very unease felling. I guess I would just like to thank you Efrain on making me feel like the buyer and providing me and my family the patience and knowledge of Honda.

Such friendly staff and great service. Very satisfied with experience at remote Honda. Wouldn't hesitate to send friends or family there to purchase a vehicle. I recommend seeing Omar. He is a no pressure salesman and was a great relief to work with. Especially since this was my first car buying experience. Thanks Omar, I'll be coming to you for our next vehicle.
