Mark and Tim were VERY welcoming and helpful! They were able to get us into the van that we wanted when we weren't expecting much to come of our visit there only because we have been turned down everywhere else. This was gonna be our last attempt at trying to get a vehicle and it turned out to be AWESOME! Thank you to Tim and Mark for making our car buying experience an unforgettable one.

Mark and Tim are such amazing people and made my car buying experience comfortable and the entire time I felt at ease. I would definitely recommend auto action to all my friends, family, and everyone I know. They made me feel at home and were so helpful in finding me the right car that fit my life and budget. They are very friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. They care about every customer that walks in.   They never pressured me and made me feel very relaxed and happy.

Oh my goodness. This was the best service I have ever had buying a car they even have collateral protection. It was amazing. Vinny was super awesome and his customer service was amazing so kind and helpful. He even had an extra phone charger for us to use.  He went over and beyond with his customer service skills and made purchasing our car super fun and smooth.  I will definitely be a lifetime customer.  Thank you so much for you hospitality and helping us pick the best car out that we could afford.

Mark and Jim are very great! Just got financed with no hassles. The experience was very quick and painless. It is a great place to get a good reliable car within my budget.
