This was the best car buying experience I have ever had.  
There is no haggling, no pressure no games you experience at regular dealerships. 

  I told Phil the total out the door amount I was willing to pay.  Unlike other dealerships Phil did not try to persuade me to up my price or try to get me to concentrate only on monthly payment and not look at the total price. (I know all those dealership tricks because I used to work at a dealership.)

Phil and I went online to check the safety ratings of the cars I had narrowed it down to.  Phil also had some excellent information for me to consider which I found extremely helpful in making a selection. 

Financing was easy and quick.  Yes the finance guy does show you the extended warranties you can purchase, and he does want you to purchase one, but it was not a hard sell or any pressure. 

I bought a Honda Insite that looks and feels brand new, but it's a 2014 with under 22,000 miles.   It was $14,999.  Exactly what my budget was.  (Phil didn't bring out any cars above my budget, unlike other dealerships.)

What a great, no pressure, no hassle way to buy a car.  I'll never buy cars from any other place again.

Bought a used car from Enterprise and was completely satisfied. The selection and sales process was great. I definitely would recommend Enterprise Used Car Sales for anyone interested in a used car.

If you are one of those that look at the car buying experience as one of those necessary evils that you have to endure, as I have, then consider Enterprise next time you look for a vehicle. I read reviews when I checked out their site, and all those that spoke of a hassle free environment are absolutely correct. All of my communication was via phone and email due to my distance from the valley, but Allen was extremely helpful.
He responded to my initial inquiry to get my parameters and called me back to give me info on potential vehicles he had locally. He pulled a vehicle I might like from a rental branch and had it inspected, and called me back when the inspection failed. He kept looking for what I wanted, and contacted me as soon as one was available, not trying to sway me into something else I didn't want.
Yes, Enterprise sells 'used' cars. But due to the inspection that these vehicles must pass, you can place one right next to a new one off the lot, without any hidden fees.
My thanks again to Allen, and to Jeffrey Boyd whose follow up after the sale ensures that I am recommending Enterprise Car Sales in Tempe to anyone I know that is looking for a great car (or truck in my case).
