We had bought our previous Equinox from another dealer in Mesa who was very helpful. When we felt it was time to trade in for another Equinox and went back there. Did not recognize the people working there and they were impolite and didn't listen to what I had to say. So they lost a customer! I tried Thorobred and the salesman was very pleasant, helpful and cooperative as well as the manager. Since we are deaf, this did not bother them and they were very patient and helpful which meant the world to us. Got ourselves a new one and we are pleased with the whole deal. Have not tried their service department as of yet (the car is only a few days old) but will later on. As for now, I recommend Thorobred! Since the purchase of this car a year ago, twice I've went back to the dealership for routine check-up, changing oil, rotating the tires and so forth. I mentioned some items for them to check it out and they sure did that! When they said it'd be about half an hour to one our for this oil change and check out. True to their word, our car was all done and ready to leave within that time frame. I like their straight answer and not beating around the bush! Long live Thorobred Chevrolet dealership! Thank you!

Took my 2010 Equinox in to get the recalled catalytic converter looked at and replaced and a tire pressure gauge looked at that malfunction after they rotated my tire. Made an appointment for 8:30 am. Did not receive a call until 1:00 pm that I have to pay for a broken tire pressure sensor and they are still wait to evaluate the catalytic converter. Heard nothing for 3 hours!!! So I called and did not get a return call until 4:30 pm. They said that the catalytic converter needed to be replaced but that they would not get to it until tomorrow. Only then did they offer me a courtesy vehicle. I accept and told them that I would need my car seats from my vehicle to pick up my kids. I waited for their shuttle and as time passed no one came. I called and left a message and finally got a return call at 5:45, while I was calling, again. I got the excuse that the shuttle was on the other side of the valley and they didn't know when he will be back but if he is back with in the next 10 minutes they will send him or I can wait until tomorrow morning. That's great but what about my kids. They said well the car is ready with the car seats in it but they are just waiting on the shuttle driver. Great how's that suppose to help me. I was lucky enough to make other arrangements for my kids but had to pay a late charge. And now have to make arrangements for them tomorrow morning.

Went to take a look at a 2005 Toyota Highlander. Call the dealership first to see if they had the vehicle. Lady named Sara answer the phone and said she wanted to double check and make sure and would call me back right away. It took an hour for her to call me back and I was already on my way to the dealership. Went to the dealership and ask for Sara. Waited in the lot for 15 minutes she never came. Another guy said that he couldn't help me because I was working with Sara which all she did really wasn't answering her phone. I like your Toyota dealership but this dealership is terrible I will never buy from here

Great buying experience! No high pressure sales, listened and worked towards what I wanted to accomplish. Highly recommend them!

Great customer service, however they do not have enough people in the finance department.The waiting time when purchasing a vehicle would be cut in half, if they had more people working in the finance department.
