Big Two Toyota of Chandler is a family owned business serving the East Valley for over 70 years.

Story

When Big Two founder Lon Hoeye first started in the automobile industry in the 1930's, he believed in the philosophy that if you take care of a customer, they will take care of the business through loyalty and repeat business.

This important business ethic has been the cornerstone upon which Big Two has evolved over the past eight decades, and it permeates throughout the entire family-owned and operated organization. Now led by Lon's son, Chris Hoeye, Big Two Toyota of Chandler has created a distinctly unique experience which provides for award-winning customer service in both sales and service. From the moment a guest walks into the new 125,000 square foot facility, there is an immediate sense of friendliness, enjoyment, and accommodating warmth. Vehicles are displayed amongst five themed showroom areas. Guest consultation areas are open and airy. Three roomy customer lounges feature large screen TVs and comfortable seating. An accessories and parts boutique is conveniently located nearby.

To entertain children, there are specially-designated areas that enable them to enjoy playing video games or climb around a kid-friendly pirate ship. WiFi internet access is available throughout the building and there are four private work stations complete with telephones. Café 1250 offers a choice selection of gourmet sandwiches and salads as well as free coffee, water and fruit.

Recognizing the fast-paced world we live in sets multi-tasking as the norm, Big Two offers guest services that go beyond the ordinary. There is a full-service nail salon, a barbershop, and a massage salon that enable guests to pamper themselves while their vehicles are being serviced. Shuttle-bus service is provided to and from nearby Chandler Fashion Park for those desiring to shop.

Experienced and certified factory-trained technicians service vehicles in a completely-enclosed, climate-controlled shop featuring 68 bays that are kept immaculately clean, an indication of the commitment of the employees to provide the best possible attention to details and service.

Saw a car we liked online, called the online fleet department about an hour and a half before closing (sorry!) and John had the car ready for us to test drive and work numbers. He didn't play games with us and made the car buying process easy and effortless. Also- Jeff in the finance department was awesome. Made a custom extended warranty/gap insurance/etc package for us and it was totally worth it. Definitely would recommend.

I've been servicing my vehicles for years here and yes it is expensive but I've only had good service here. There was one screw-up where after getting my former Camry serviced I couldn't open my gas tank but they fixed it promptly and also gave me a gift for my troubles. I also bought my most recent vehicle from this particular location. I did shop at other Toyota valley locations first and was *this* close to signing on the dotted line. However, Big Two offered a better deal at the last minute and I ended up going with them (albeit for a car that was a slightly less desirable color). Yes, it's cutthroat but it worked out in my favor. If you get ToyotaCare Plus it takes a lot of the guesswork out of budgeting to service your vehicle. The actual facilities - including the lounge area - are comfortable and it's an easy to access facility due to being right off the 44 exit of the 202 (like a few vehicle places are). There's a lot to like here.

Got a car from them yesterday. Gary At internet sales was very easy to work with. He did everything to help me get a good deal. I would recommend him. The facilities are pretty good too. You can have lunch as you wait for your car to be serviced.

I have had my vehicle serviced here in the past and the mechanics are very knowledgeable and tell you how it is instead of playing up an issue to get you to spend money. In fact, I had such a great experience just getting my old car serviced here that when it came time to get a new car, I naturally decided to pay Big Two a visit. Our sales person was so nice! I never felt pressured to buy a car. He seemed genuinely focused on giving my husband and I the best experience possible. I came in to the dealership already knowing what I wanted (make, model, and color) and our salesman had to search all over the dealership to find it, but he did find it. The sales process was painless and they ensured that we were happy the whole time, offering us water, snacks, and lunch. I would definitely recommend Big Two for those looking to service their Toyota or those looking for a new car. You won't be disappointed.

I had an older Toyota and needed it to get serviced. Bruce in the service department was AMAZING. Great customer service skills and super knowledgeable about Toyota vehicles and the whole process. He appeared to be genuine and honest. However, after picking up the truck, I received a call and emails about selling my truck back to Toyota as it was "highly desirable" which I laughed off because it was a 1990! But I was curious because I wanted to upgrade into a full size and the email I got said I could take a cash offer and go about my business elsewhere if I chose. So I inquired about this, I got put in touch with a salesman, didn't catch his name so that's a failure on MY part. He asked a few questions about the vehicle and requested a few pictures. I gave him all he needed. He said he would run some numbers and offers for me the next day. I didn't hear back so I texted him to see if there was an update. I haven't heard back from him in about 2 weeks now. If they weren't able to buy it that's alright, just let me know!! I understand it's business to reject cars you want to buy! Just give me the common courtesy to at least know you don't want to go through with the deal!
