Great people but horrible vehicles, baught a truck in March and it's been in and out of the shop since I purchased it. The first week of owning the vehicle it was towed 3 times and it spent a month in the shop, but I was assured the problems where fixed and everything was good to go. Tennessee autoplex took care of the bills that accrued the first week but the truck was in the shop for almost a month. I only drove the truck maybe 2 weeks the first 2 months of owning it. A few weeks ago the motor blew and I had to eat a 15k bill for a new motor.  Like I said the staff are good people but if you plan on buying a vehicle make sure you do a in depth inspection or take it to a dealership and have them inspect it.

Great place of associates. Doing what they can to make something work for me. Nice not to feel pressured in to anything. Will continue to do business with them.

Bought a 2003 Dodge from Bob about a month ago. It had a couple issues during the test drive and Bob said he would take care of them. He did make them right and the truck is great. Bob is a man of his word and I respect that. I'd buy another truck there.

I was really hoping to have a great experience based on all of the wonderful reviews BUT that was NOT the case at all, my husband and myself stopped by today after work we were walking around for at least 20 mins maybe longer and NEVER once did anyone approach us asking if we needed any help there was a guy (whom worked there) outside also another employee standing in the door. I just find it very rude and unprofessional, We will take our business elsewhere.

My husband and I purchased a truck from Tennessee Autoplex over a month ago and we have been more than satisfied with the quality of the vehicle. Prices are fair and the customer service is excellent. The financing department searched to find us the best interest rate and payment plan. We could not be happier with our experience from Tennessee Autoplex. I would recommend them to anyone that is searching for a vehicle.
