Incredible service at St. Francis Bartlett ER! They had so many people waiting for a bed, and still did everything they could to accommodate me! I even had a sweet nurse helping to turn a room over in order to get me a bed quickly! From the front desk, all the way to discharge, everyone was incredibly nice! Thank you St. Francis Bartlett ER!!

I have nothing but praise to sing about my recent experience in the Outpatient Surgery Dept. at St. Francis  - Bartlett.  I had excellent care beginning with the registration and blood work, etc. the day before, right up to my departure.  Every staff member I met was friendly & caring. Once home they called to check up on me and even sent a card with the signature of each staff member in the Outpatient Dept. I will need to return for an additional procedure but it’s great to know that I’ll be well cared for by this compassionate and caring staff.

My mom was taken in unresponsive 2 weeks ago. The ER was wonderful with her and us (family). 
We eventually were admitted and the floor staff was wonderful as well.
We were in the 3rdfloor and had excellent care, from the caring nursing assistants to the RNs. The only complaint we had was the food. Mom was on a ground food diet and the kitchen sent mashed potatoes and green beans for over 15 times in 12 days. I called dietary and talked to the director and got one day of better selections, but even then we got green beans and mashed potatoes for the very next day.

The nurses, CNA’s and support staff were fantastic. It was my first hospital stay ever and the care I received was outstanding.  The so called case managers, who are responsible for after release therapy and treatment are less than impressive. First I was told my insurance didn’t cover in home physical therapy-which it does. Then they tried to assign me to an out of network provider.  I consider this nothing less than incompetence.

LOVED MY EXPERIENCE! L&D nurses/staff were amazing, even thru my difficult, scary labor & delivery. They made me feel at home & like i was their only patient. I’ll forever refer SFB! 💙
