It is so quiet and peaceful here. I rented out their park model, so beautiful and clean. It came complete with everything, plates, utensils, toaster, there is cable and everything, I just feel relaxed here. The area is clean and the pool is beautiful. The recreation room is cozy and offers books and wifi and a quiet place to work or study.

Very clean, healthy place. Great for relaxing. It's tucked away and very quiet. The people that run the place are very nice and respectful.

The park has been going downhill for a couple years now. A few run down RV's in the park, some drug users in the park (when Management was complained to about it, I was yelled at by the Manager). Preferential treatment by management and no rules enforced. 1 couple had their son, and his girlfriend living under the front of a fifth wheel trailer for a LONG time and smoking pot. We complained, no action. Management told us she ran the park with the owners approval, so you decide. Several police runs for that individual and park management NEVER did anything about it. The people finally moved. Maintenance in the park is subpar. (tenants changing the pathway lights), and security lights out in the park for a while.( 6 months or more) . 1 RV has no water hooked up and has been sitting there over 2 years. No standards for the RVs that are in the park. Some would have to be towed out of the park. Police staying in the park and having there things stolen from around their RV. Management promising to secure gates better since then but nothing done. Landscapers in the park do SUBPAR work, not licensed and have illegals working for them. For the highest price park in the area, you should expect and get more. Management while we were there went noticeably downhill, with attitude and not caring about the park. No passion. I wouldn't stay there again, but you decide if you want. 2/4/2014 I am editing my review This is to Tom and Linda-the owners There was a motorhome that moved over into a spot where everyone in the park was told was saved for 40 foot plus Rv's and motorhomes. It's definitely not a 40 footer, but they told management before they moved, they would be buying one. Now that they have moved they are telling everyone it will be at least a year. Your manager isn't doing anything about that either. There are other Rv's in the park now that could and need to go there. Mismanaged. Time to take control of your park guys!! Once something is done, I will edit this review or even erase it completely.
