I had a fantastic experience at the Bicycle Connection! I was looking for a decent mountain bike I could use for easy bike rides with my children, but could still hold up to an off-road adventure now and again with my buddies. I had visited several bike shops in the Baltimore area to learn what options were available. When I met with Bill, he listened to my needs and actually recommended a used bike they had in stock. While I hadn't considered buying used, it allowed me to get a nicer bike without blowing my budget. Beyond the bike itself, what impressed me the most was the staff. Everyone was helpful, knowledgeable and delivered an exceptional experience. I would recommend the Bicycle Connection to anyone who is looking for a quality product, but also wants to be treated like a valued customer. They have certainly earned my future business!

Very consistent with good service and consistent availability, or the ability to obtain/order items not in store in a timely manner. I have purchased 6 bikes from this business in as many years, and the service and follow-up is always there, enhancing the Customer experience. The selection is great and the people even greater - highly recommended, would give them 6 starts if I could. I appreciate their attention to detail and the energy they put towards their Customers.

Purchased a bike from Bike Connection. The bike had bearing problems that they tried multiple times to fix. They called the factory rep to look at the bike and the Rep could not figure out the problem. They should by the product and refunded me the cost of the bike . I purchased another bike from Bike Connection and I am very happy with my new bike. There customer service was excellent. I have purchased a number of bikes and had service on all of them at the Bike Connection. I will continue to go there because of their excellent customer service and quality of work.

Fantastic service and competitive pricing. They really go through the process of matching your needs with a bike. Great selection, not pushy, all great things!

I'm fairly new to the biking world. I took two separate bikes here to get a tune up and the employees were great. Alex was patient with all my questions I had about the bike and honest about what was important to fix ASAP vs something I could wait on. Very honest shop. Highly recommended and will continue to go there.
