I took two bikes in that needed some maintenance. The price was what I expected for what needed to be done. The people working there are very knowledgeable, helpful and nice. I got the bikes back in the time estimated. I would recommend this shop.

I must say the Bike Doctor of Bel Air is a wonderful bike shop with exceptional service. I have purchased 2 bikes in the last year though this store. Dan, the owner, has gone out of his way to assist me in both purchases. My first purchase was to replace a trek bike that was totaled in an accident. Through Project One I would order a project one bike. What fun and professional experience to upgrade your bike to fit your needs and size. Fred, the bike fitter, did a great job and was very helpful. If you have question or concerns of cycling they do their best to help. I recently wanted a second bike for off road and winter road bike riding. They guided me and help me select a bike to fit these needs. I brought the newly design Cannondale Slate. What a fun bike to own . Check it out ..

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Fair pricing, though be warned no cheap bikes here, only quality (remember you get what you pay for). You also get life time gear and brake adjustment and half off tune ups. Highly recommended.

Since the day I stepped foot into Bike Doctor Bel Air, I have always been treated with respect and given the best guidance every time I have purchased a bicycle or related item. It is very obvious that the shop and it's staff are dedicated to the growth of cycle in Harford County! It will be very hard for me to ever ride another bike besides a Trek, because of the service and quality I receive from Bike Doctor and the brands they carry, definitely a step up from other shops I have been too!
