Hotel is amazing. It gives you the feeling of camping without the cold. If you're an outdoorsy person but decide to stay in a hotel while here this is highly recommended. A tent over the bed, a fire pit in the middle of the room, a lamp on the side table. This is hands down the nicest place I've ever stayed in Tahoe. Will definitely be coming back next time. Oh and I almost forgot the gentleman at the counter was top notch just top notch.

I gave this place 4 out of 5 stars...but I would definitely stay here again. The staff...especially Mara at the front desk is exceptional. The cleaning staff does a great job on making sure every room is clean. We stayed in the Great Outdoors room and then a king sized standard room. The great outdoors room was such a cool and different room. The king was just your normal kind of room. Both were great. The breakfast was perfect. Toast. Make your own waffles. Boiled eggs. Oatmeal. Cereal. Milk. Coffee. Water. Was just right to get your day started. The beer garden and firepits were awesome. The only complaint I would have to say is that we had no washcloths and had to ask each day for one. And when we would leave towels to be replaced...they never got replaced. So having to go to the front desk every night after a long day to get towels and washcloths was quite frustrating. Once I can understand but it was every night. But I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Great location. Within walking distance to the main strip.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE. There is no AC and breakfast is a JOKE. The rooms are warm in the summer. They provide an extra fan but you have to open to window to stay cool. Then you can hear all the noise outside and people walking around in the room above us. Every time someone went up and down the stairs it woke us up. There was only waffles and toast for breakfast you have to pay more for eggs. What's the point of getting a room you are not comfortable in? Very disappointing. We emailed the manager and no response. Horrible experience.

Really cute hotel on the stateline of California and Nevada. Continental breakfast included with stay consists of waffles, toast, coffee, juice. Additional items such as cold brew, smoothies and sandwiches are available for purchase. Rooms are nicely updated and spacious. Beer Garden on property is open from 2-10 and serves a variety of sausages, beer and wine. Live music there daily really makes for a fun atmosphere that you can only find in Tahoe. Also, very close to downtown attractions and skiing at Heavenly Ski Resort. Walking distance to everything. I highly recommend this hotel.

I definitely recommend this place! The atmosphere is very friendly, you can feel at home. I felt very comfortable, staff was very nice and helpful. Their decks are lovely and cozy with firepits, above each there are lovely lights. The location is great! It is close to the private beach (you get the pass to it), shops, restaurants, the Heavenly Village. The interior is amazing! They're taking care of details!
