I must say I am deeply unsatisfied with the lack of service that was provided on my second stay with you.

As a guest, a person never come to a place that is not cleaned when they have paid over $2,000. This is supposed to feel like a home away from home, and it’s not. We came here to enjoy a great time with our friends, and the house is filthy. The beds weren’t made upon arrival from previous guests, the showers weren’t cleaned, bugs in the tubs, dirty wet towels that were used in the bathrooms.

Not to mention we literally had to strip our own beds and wash the linens to have something clean to sleep in. We were up nearly to 3 am washing dirty linens and towels when they were supposed to already be made. 

I understand that the weather was bad. However, being that individuals are from this area, and we came from out of town and made it to the cabins is a poor excuse for not cleaning. In addition, the roads weren’t plow and several of my party almost slid down the road. 

We were told that the cleaning service was coming this morning to clean the house, but at the front door were two guys dropping off clean linens and towels. The house is still dirty. 

I hate to say that I would not be returning again for future stay.

We stayed at Wolfsong Lodge, and the cabin was AMAZING! We had 12 teens and a toddler and we all had such a great time. That being said, with how amazing the cabin was, and how absolutely terrifying the driveway was in two 15 passenger vans, we would have just stayed in the cabin all week and not booked outings every day. Seriously, the first time we went up the drive way I thought I was going to die. It did get easier every day and by Saturday morning it was almost not panic attack inducing.

We booked a cabin called "skinny dipping" for our 14th wedding anniversary. We spent hours looking online to find a nice cabin for a couple of days of R&R.  When we arrived an hour after check in we discovered our cabin had not been cleaned (dirt everywhere, tubs and showers dirty, unmade bed, and towels piled in master bath in the floor) called the company and was told she would check into it (I mentioned that the hot tub had not been drained and it would take forever to refill and heat back up) I offered to start the process, she told me not to do that it didn't take the cleaning crew long. Waited twenty minutes and didn't hear anything back. I called back and she says my cleaning crew said they cleaned it yesterday. I was in absolute disbelief, I said do you want me to send you pics?! She said yes!!!! I did....and she still couldn't help me.  I was furious! I asked for a supervisor and in the meantime called another company who had a vacancy.  I asked for my money back and we would move on....they agreed. I checked my acct and she had debited my acct AGAIN (for 668$) for the weekend! I was livid, called her back she said she did not do that...told me to call my bank. I did...she debited my acct, like I already told her.....she said she would work on it and call me back.  I heard back from her a few hours later when she told me that she realized what she had done.  She said her boss explained that if she didn't uncheck something that it would charge my card again.  I was on vacation....incredibly frustrated and without $1300 of my money!  We found nice accommodations and spent much less for the weekend at another rental company. I would never rent from them again...keep looking!!!

I stayed in the wolfsong lodge and it was through  May 1, 2015 through May 4, 2015. This was an amazing cabin. It comfortably housed 5 couples. We enjoyed the fight of the year in the amazing movie theater and everyone was very comfortable. The rooms were exquisite and plenty of room. The bathrooms were spacious and the hot tub was huge for 2 to enjoy. There was a bar that had all of the glassware that made the experience very sociable amongst our group. The kitchen was well equipped and we had everything we needed to have a very relaxing dinner. The Jacuzzi outside was clean as well as the whole place. Their was a walk in closet that was huge and upstairs had a pool table and games that we enjoyed the whole weekend. This cabin is definitely a gem and we plan to go back next year.
