Having Travis as our agent really made a world of difference in our buying experience. He was able to speed along the process by pointing out discrepancies in the houses that would potentially be a problem during inspection. He knew that we weren't looking to buy a project house, and did a wonderful job of steering us towards the house that we wanted. Even when we were searching online for houses, he eliminated houses that would waste our time. Our plan with Travis went as follows: brief meeting to discuss finances and dream-house traits, online compiling of houses that fit criteria, in-person walk-through of houses, repeated lists and walk-throughs, offer, inspection, settlement. The paperwork was done very efficiently, and with the help of Dianna, everything was organized. I recommend him to any buyer, experienced or not. When my wife and I decided to buy a home I felt like there was no reason for having a real-estate agent, but my opinion of what a real-estate agent can offer new home buyers has taken a drastic change and that is all thanks to Travis. Initially a friend recommended him months before we had even planned to start looking. Travis took the time to meet with us and explain the basics as well as little things that you wouldn't pick up from reading online help documents. This first impression of Travis was wonderful, because he was meeting with us knowing that we wouldn't be buying a house until months later. About 8 months later when we were ready, Travis hit the grounding running. Every week we worked on a list of properties to view. Travis would be critical of listed properties so that we would only see the most suitable. He and Diana would set up all the appointments and we would go look at each property, which is where Travis's true talents are shown. Due to his previous work as a contractor he was able to asses a property in the short time it took for us to walk through. He always provided honest opinions on property value, repairs, the condition of the market in our area, and more. It was a huge comfort to know that whenever we had a question about anything we could e-mail and receive a response in a short amount of time (usually a few hours). If you are looking to buy a house, Travis is the guy I would recommend. Hands down, he is one of the best in the business. I don't know how we would have bought a house without him. Scott&Erin

In short he's a good person, a more then qualified realtor, and the results speak for them selves, our house was under contract the first weekend, full asking price, and we made it through the process as pain free as possible do to his efforts. I AM recommending him to my friends and family! Me and my wife are very thankful for his help. Having had a truly horrible experience before hand, Travis really was a well needed change in pace. Travis was very professional and always polite. He always arrived promptly and came well prepared. He made the process of selling our house as pain free as possible, he and his assistant were never more then a phone call, text, or email away. He also went the extra mile to have professional pictures taken that truly elevated our home and made a difference in getting people in the door. It showed from the get go he is not a "weekend warrior realtor", realty is what he does and he performs that job well above expectation. Through our process he; had a firm understanding of the current realty market, had sound advise on how to prepare our home and how to get through this experience, and even when situations arisen between the buyers and us he kept us calm and helped any way he could to resolve the issues.

I can't imagine a better realtor than Travis. We had our home on the market for over a year with a realtor we thought was good. It turns out she was nothing compared to Travis. He was direct and honest about what we needed to do to sell the house and very clear about what to expect. He knew what he was talking about--our house was under contract in a little over a week after listing with him! He also made the experience of finding a new house as easy as possible, spending a significant amount of time patiently helping us find the "right" one. He was incredibly responsive and answered all of our questions, even the seemingly superfluous ones, almost immediately by text, phone, or even in person. Travis' contractor experience was an additional asset--he was able to tell us the various advantages and pitfalls of the properties we saw and how to address them, even before the inspector visited. Travis' integrity was also very apparent, not just in the professional and courteous way he treated us, but also in the way he worked with others. I can't recommend him enough.

Travis has an incredible wealth of knowledge and experience. His cheerful approach, integrity and flexibility made searching for our first house a much less stressful adventure, and we are so thankful for his tenacity in helping us find a house we love. We cannot recommend him highly enough.

The best of the best. Travis is extremely professional, responds quickly, provides good sound advice, and is far more proactive than most other Real Estate agents. Exceptional service, clear communication, integrity, loyalty, and respect are what you can expect from Travis. Travis understands that each client has unique needs and no two transactions are alike. Most importantly, Travis truly cares about his clients and does everything in his power to ensure that everyone gets the best service possible. I would highly recommend Travis whether you are buying or selling a home. Travis is a very hard worker into the evening and on weekends to accommodate the customer. Travis is the MAN!
