The sale rep named Elliott was very instrumental in helping us plan and buy our living room set. He was courteous and knowledgeable about the quality and construction of each piece. I gave him my references and they were impressed with his demeanor and salesmanship as well. I highly recommend Royal Furniture and it's staff, and especially Sales Rep Elliott.

Elliot Sayles has been my sales rep for years. When I visit Royal, he always provides great customer service and professionalism. He is very knowledgeable about the products that the store carries and always does what he can to accommodate my needs. If you're in the market for furniture, I highly recommend you visit him at the Germantown Pkwy location. He will definitely take care of you!

Elliott was very helpful with my bedroom search. He was patient and took time to listen to my needs and considered my budget. I walked away with a beautiful bedroom suit that I am totally in love with. My only issue was with delivery. The date change a few times but I would still do business with Royal's again.

Amelia is a great salesperson. A great asset to the customers and and helping me select the rite type of furniture to suite my budget. Love the furniture showrooms and displays. Sales people greet you upon entering the store. Delivery personnel are friendly and courteous. Thanks Amelia

Staff was nice and informative, offered plenty of options as far as financing, my sales person was ok and the show room floor was full but not a lot of variety but there’s definitely affordable options for everyone. Delivery was rescheduled from Saturday to Tuesday and I had to call to receive time frames and verify things however they delivery team was professional and courteous
