This is the most God awful place to buy furniture. The staff is so rude and no one is one the same page. The manager was even just as rude as his uneducated staff. I got approved for furniture then the delivery date and info they got mixed up. They had already drafted my account. The next day I called to cancel the order they told me all sales are final, the manager got very loud and even more unprofessional and rude. He even lied about the delivery date and acted as if it was okay for him to give misinformation. Run this place is very unprofessional and they don't tell you all sales are final until there is a problem. Which is false, I called corporate because they are never going to be able to deliver the product on my schedule.  I was drafted two payment and still no product.  Eventually after all the run around and calling corporate I got my money. But I will never stop here again or advise anyone else too.

This store is full of the rudest associates I have ever tried to work with in my life. I got approved for $1600 and only used $860 and the very next day tried to cancel, the delivery date was February 9th and they told me I wasn’t able to cancel that I was locked into the contract. So I called the finance company and they said the associates hung the phone up in there face multiple times. So I called and talked to them myself and they were rude and nasty and said it was none refundable. So I called the corporate office and they said that the store was lying and it’s refundable as long as we haven’t taken delivery of the furniture. Yes the furniture is cheap but the interest is tripled if you don’t pay same as cash and the store associates are rude. I wouldn’t suggest anyone to buy from this store at all.

Chris from the store on US 64 helped us find our dream couch! We just moved into our first home and we’ve been looking for a couch for months. We couldn’t agree on a sectional we wanted and Chris made it a lot easier to choose!

I had a wonderful experience at American Freight.They had the set I wanted at an affordable price and it was very comfortable. Morgan was a very helpful  representative and made the process very easy. I love my sofa.

The actual buying experience went very well I was pleased with that but the delivery service was HORRIBLE.  I assumed there would be some fee but was never told what it would be until the delivery drivers got to the house with the furniture.  That's after they called to tell my husband they were 20 minutes away. They didn't actually show up till over 2 hours later.  I made several attempts during that time to get answers from American Freight and the company themselves and got absolutely no where. Once they finally arrived we were expected tok pay them 65 dollars. Which under the circumstances I thought was ridiculous.  We had other things to do that day that could have been done while We were waiting had they notified us that it was going to be 2 hrs not 20 mins. I never look for a handout but I believe that the delivery cost should have been cut in half for the inconvience and on top of that they didn't even bring every thing they were supposed to so yet another inconvience  if American Freight continues to use that company to deliver their items they won't get anymore of our business   I believe the name was Mr. Whites. Apparently they are newly started and this isn't a very good way to get a business off it's feet.
