Too expensive for what they offer. It is too small and they close too early on the weekends. They also just came up with an additional $49 yearly fee on top of the monthly fees. I need to look for another gym.

My daughter signed up for a month before college, she has left the state and they have charged us for 6 months, when I called they refused to give us a refund. This is not good customer service.

I didn't have a good or bad experience with this gym until it came to cancelling my membership. I was not informed of the cancellation policy, and many of the other gyms I have gone to give you some leeway (ex. Planet Fitness, cancel before the 10th of the month and you will not be charged). When I called in on the 30th to cancel my membership for the following month, I was told that I was still going to be billed the full amount for the next month. That is $55.00. Perhaps this is something that needs to be talked about when you BECOME a member. The place is pricey, but it's clean, and pretty nice. Nevertheless, I won't be going back. It's not worth this kind of money. If you are in this area check out World Gym. Same utilities, good atmosphere, much cheaper, and a much better cancellation policy.
