Great trainers who know their business. Semi-private training allows for professional development of your workout programs without the cost of one-on-one training. They do have one-on-one training as well and metabolic training classes to round out an excellent portfolio of programs. Best of all they keep it fun!

If you are serious about getting stronger & healthier than ever, this is the place to be. Strong sense of community, overwhelming support and care from both coaches and people working out next to you. Everybody is a friend here not just a random guy walking through the door.

Immediately obvious is the exceptional space, layout and great equipment. But what makes Train 2 Xcel exceptional is the quality of the trainers and the philosophy behind the training. This isn't a place for ineffective and poorly designed self training with poor form, no theme, and consequently, no progress (but increased risk of injury). There's is a philosophy of guided, evidence based training, under appropriate supervision, that builds strength, endurance and flexibility. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable, and are constantly refreshing that knowledge through learning. They design training programs tailored to the clients interests and needs. So I recommend signing up, with an understanding that though this may be a bit more expensive than the " jump on a treadmill and push silly machine gym", it's worth every penny. You'll enjoy it and you'll definitely benefit from the investment.

This is hands down the best place to train in the area! I used to be intimidated by the gym and weight equipment- gone are all those fears. They've managed to create a casual, fun and laid back approach to intense workouts. In the few months I have been working with the team, I have seen significant results that I haven't seen in years working with other trainers in town!
