If you need help from an associate, plan on asking multiple times. We went in wanting help with a Grill one time, the worker told us she'd get someone, never came back/brought anyone. Went in for flooring one time, spent over an hour being told someone was looking for it. Manager kept asking his crew, nobody knew where this item was, and nobody could figure it out. We went to pick up an online order item, and were told to go get it ourselves because "it'll be quicker than asking anyone around here to do their job." That was one of their own cashiers talking.

Most recently, we went to the Paint department at around 5pm on a Sunday, it was fairly slow, told him we had an order that would end up around 15 gallons of paint. I apologized a dozen times, but said that you can't order tinted paint online, and there's no "orders," so the only way was to come there. He was annoyed that I didn't want 5 gallon buckets (I explained they go to different houses/projects, so that wouldn't work). 2 different people helped us, they refused to open the cans and put the sample on the top, they were rude and they didn't even tell us when it was done. Just left the last can on the counter and walked away. We spent $450 in paint, but they were rude because they didn't want to work. We didn't ask them to rush, didn't even hover. My hubby stood there to grab what was done, and I went and shopped. They clearly don't care about customers here. The closest Lowe's is another 30 minutes from the store, but it's SO worth it.

I purchased a new toilet from this store & had to pick it up in my 4 door sedan. Wasn't sure it would fit, but was so pleased with the help I got loading it in. 3 associates helped get it into the back seat (it wouldn't fit in the trunk). I didn't get any names but it was 2 gentleman & a young lady, on Thursday May 3rd @6pm. Again, so grateful for this help and level of customer service!! Kudos to these store employees!

I'm a contractor who visits many Home Depots. This is by far the worse. First off, no parking and not enough carts... This is just walking in. Next, the store is a mess and  we can never get all we need in one visit because they don't keep their shelves stocked. God forbid if you have to ask anyone to help. If you do find someone they either don't know or don't care to help you find the item. Finally, after going thru all that, time to check out. Half their self checkouts are no cash card only and there is no such thing as a line. People just come in and cut you off like you're not standing there. The cashier's? That's another story. They love talking ,not working and not helpful at all. It's like they purposely want to waste your time. They are very slow. What can I say? Don't shop here if you can avoid it. Oh also, be prepared to be bombarded by homeless people asking for money outside.

Good customer service juat ask. If an associate cant help you they will the person who can. Wide array of items. Commercial and residential. Located between two major highways and shopping centers. Ample parking.they will also price match and beat any competitor pricing by 10% and offer a 10% military discount with calid id present at time of purchase.

Home Depot is the Walmart of home improvement. They have lots of stuff, prices are good but the service sucks. The employees know nothing and act like you are bothering them if you ask for help. Bad service doesn't bother me because I know to expect it. What does bother me is.... if the employees aren't spending their time helping customers, they should be keeping shelves stocked and.... PLEASE, SOMEBODY STRAIGHTEN UP THE HARDWARE DEPT AND REORDER STOCK!!! I just spent 45 minutes digging through 8 different drawers to find 4 bolts and 4 washers. Do yourself a favor and search for Ace Hardware and buy everything you can from them.
