I gave 5 stars because of Toni the manager! She was absolutely amazing!! I am pregnant and due in 3 weeks, having my baby shower this week and wanted some plants for our backyard. The pots and plants were very heavy I could not lift them in the car. I checked out at the nursery and the guy at the register was not willing to help. He delayed 20 mins before he decided to call someone to come and help, still no help I asked for a refund. He replied I would have to go to customer service. I walked all the way to customer service and explained the situation, the lady asked another employee to help he said he couldn't. I received my refund and was going to leave. I went back in spoke to Toni (manager) who was sympathetic and understanding to my situation. She provided the most amazing customer service I have ever experienced. She also walked me to my car with all the merchandise and loaded it in my car. I am so grateful for her. Hopefully her staff will be a little more sympathetic in the future and provide excellent customer service. Thank you so much.

I'm a 24 year old female and I went into this Home Depot to get things to grow grass in my backyard. I was seriously so content after leaving! I went to the garden center and was staring at the grass seed for awhile because I was not sure exactly what I should get. I was then asked by an extremely accommodating older gentleman named David. He asked if I needed help and I told him that I needed to grow some grass in my backyard but I don't know what seed to get. He went into detail about what seed I should get based off the time of year,brought me over to the top soil and picked one out that would suit my needs. I only had one of those small carrying baskets so he grabbed the big bag of soil for me. He also walked me through the whole process of growing grass and how to do it. He made sure to walk me back up to the register and wish me luck. I've never received such great customer service and am so happy that he was there to help me out. As a girl going into a store like Home Depot,it's intimidating and difficult so I am so happy that he was there to help me! I was able to leave the store feeling accomplished and fully confident in achieving a nice backyard full of grass!

Worst customer service ever. I am preparing to put recessed lighting in my house. I walked around for at least 20 minutes finding the housing and LED lights. No one asked if I needed help even though I clearly kept asking where to find items. I then needed to find switches and covers. They were in the plumbing isle. I want a dimmable set up so I needed help choosing the right switch. I asked 3 representatives over the course of 30 minuted to please assist me or find someone to assist me. I heard them call for assistance over the radio and no one came. I then went to customer service. A lady finally acted like she was going to assist me. I explained I had been waiting for 30 minutes in the same spot. She said the guy was on lunch. The whole time?!? I asked her if I could check out with her so I could leave. She said she did not have an open register. I told her I was not spending my money with them after the garbage service they gave and I left. I guess only 1 employee in the entire store knows anything about switches and their customer service is only good for checking out people with discounted Halloween products and not people with actual customer service issues. I will take my money elsewhere.

Staff is very helpful.  Love going to get scarp wood for my son to practice with.  They are always helpful with all our projects.

I had a wonderful customer experience day at Home Depot! From Sara at customer service, the gentleman who assisted me with re-key sets, Ruben with the locks, the cashier at self checkout, and Teddy who thanked me for my business and welcomed back for my for my next experience to Home Depot! Thank you for turning emergency pick up items in a time of stress to feeling like home at the Home Depot :)
