Put in wrong amount of tire pressure (under) for truck and wheel requirements.

Went in for a sound. One Big O states I had 60% pads left. Noise was no pads left. Had new pads put on only to pick up my truck with no brake pressure. Come to find out when pushing the pistons back it the fluid was never put back down the line. Messed up master cylinder. When getting a new one they were going to put a refurbished one on my new Tundra. I told them NO I WANT A NEW ONE FROM TOYOTA which they did, but had I not known better it was cheaper the other route. Big problem in my eyes as a consumer.

Great people i had a flat tire and it was fixed fast and with no problem got me in and done with ease. If you guys want something done right there is just one place and that is here. Thanks guys i was very happy that i did business with you and not anywhere else.

GREAT PLACE!! The most honest people work here. I will bring all my cars here. I was at another repair shop and i called this place to fact check. I was amazed at the amount of information Andy was able to find and explain to me that I should come to his store. When I arrived I was meet by Andy and he walked me through everything and explained it all clearly. Blade offered me a BIG O CREDIT CARD and I got a FREE OIL CHANGE !! Brad helped me with tires on my other car. A great team here. THANK YOU SO MUCH !!

Our truck tire was losing air pretty quickly a few weeks ago so we stopped by to have it looked at.  We have after market tires that are super big and knobby so I was worried about the cost.  They fixed the tire and I waited for the total expecting it to be ridiculously high but NOPE!!!  There was no charge!!!  Super great service, the employees were all very helpful and they had plenty of coffee and magazines in the lobby during our wait.  We will be back, thank you!

The customer service here is nice but the establishment seems to follow in the footsteps of other Big Os' in the area. I came in for a tire replacement and rotations and I was told it would be about 45 minutes to an hour. I ended up waiting for about 3 and a half hours, on the way home I noticed a rattle coming from the front left of my truck and when I got home and inspected it I found that the hub cap was missing and my lug nuts were not even fully hand tightened. They were loose. The only reason I'm giving a generous two stars is because the man in front ordered me a new hub cap to replace my missing one which was nice of course but really shouldn't of ever had to happen in the first place.
