I don’t write many reviews, but I felt these guys really deserved one. They have been terrific every time I go in. Whether it is for my aviation needs or ground wishes, I have been able to get it taken care of right there or placed on order. A very knowledgeable collection of people working there. I even had one gentleman helping me, despite being his day off, because it was busy and he wanted to see the customers getting taken care off. When I had an issue with my RC car due to a manufacturing defect, they helped me get the warranty handled and the issue fixed. Cannot say enough about them, thanks guys for continuing to keep me out enjoying my hobby desires.

I've been coming here for some time now as it's the closest shop. Very knowledgeable staff and will not try and gouge you. They also do fun events from time to time. ****Advice to ownership, utilize your emails to reach your community. We don't know about events if your not sending us anything. It will increase revenue and foot traffic in your store.

So I was excited to have found an RC hobby shop near me. I popped in to have a look around, seemed like there were a fair amount of parts and RC kits. Until I started asking questions on what was available for my scale crawler. Now maybe the experience I had was determined by more or less one individual there, though there only seems to be no more than a few there at any one time, but a middle aged bald guy has pathetic customer service skills/tact, having worked years in retail. I know the Last thing you say to a customer is No. Well you know what this guy's favorite words of the days was? No.. Or we don't have it.. I thought maybe he was having a bad day so I laughed it off the first time around. I came in a Second time. Hoping I wouldn't have to deal with him. I thought wrong.. I wanted a simple assorted screw/fastener kit and it almost felt as though this guy (bald middle aged man) went out of his way to say no we don't have it.. Or maybe if I was a traxxas groupie he might have chosen to deal with me more cordially. At any rate theres enough online rc retail to keep me happy, I don't need some small time hobby shop owner/associate telling me No and deflating my ideas on what I want for my rc.

Friendly service good selection of rc stuff helicopters planes cars quads and accessories if you can't find what you need it can often be ordered, small rc car track in back races on weekends definitely one of the best rc hobby shops I've ever been to they helped me alot when I was learning how to fly they can fix pretty much anything if you need help it's nice to have a place to go to and talk to an actual person to get rc info they are true professionals
