When you have all day appts at Mayo Clinic this is the easiest place to stay. No driving or parking hassle and you can rest in between appts if you have a gap. The a/c is duct work so there's no annoying window unit. A full kitchen in suite makes it nice to keep snacks and light meals so you're not just going to restaurants or eating from a vending machine. The bed was a little soft for my liking, but my room was very clean. Overall I'm very happy with our decision to stay here.

I can’t say enough! This is the nicest place ever. All staff are friendly and efficient. The facility is beautiful and easy to navigate. The food in the cafeteria was even good. I feel very safe here and that is the most important thing if you need to be here because you are already scared. All good!

The Inn is directly attached to the Mayo Clinic, making for easy access to the clinic. The rooms are large and readily accommodate wheelchairs. Rooms also have refrigerators, stoves and other household items for those people who might need long-term access to the clinic.

The Inn itself is ok, what you would expect from an efficiency hotel. It’s the pricing that is ridiculous! Room rates will vary from day to day, & they are not helping the patients at all by keeping the price reasonable. We scheduled for 2 days at $167/day to get the lay of the land. (First time there.) Had to stay for 3 more days, when I went up front to extend stay, found out price was going up to $197-$234 depending on the day. As my father-in-law would say, “getting rich off human misery.” 2 Hampton Inns close by with much more reasonable rates. H.I. On Beach Blvd has special rates for Mayo patients ($114+) plus shuttle service.

Stayed here for four days! Great place! Ample room and lots of amenities.
