Came here for our anniversary and just had an amazing experience altogether. For a $$$ place you do get your money's worth especially if you're celebrating a special occasion. Don't go here think $-$$ quality food and service because $$$ means you pay for the higher end experience. Had the four course menu. The food was absolutely delicious and such fresh quality. A little noisy ambiance but still enjoyable. Shout out to our server Ben and all his hard work kindness and attentiveness as a server. Haven't met a server that good in a long time. Beautiful view of skyline nearby.
Phenomenal service! We made a reservation for our 5 year anniversary, and they have awesome accomodations. We opted for the rose petal table and the four course meal. It was a bit of everything and it was all so delicious! If you get the four course take your time and only eat about half of the beginning courses so you have room for dessert! The server even brought us a happy anniversary dessert unprompted it was so sweet! I highly recommend booking with them! Vegetarian options: They had amazing plant based options! The poplets were my favorite!
This was our first time at Melting Pot and thought it was awesome! We went for our anniversary and they make you feel special! We got rose petals and a card and a beautifully decorated plate that says "Happy Anniversary!" The chocolate fondue is to die for! There were even vegetarian options for me for the entree which I appreciate. It's expensive but definitely worth the experience.
Came here for our anniversary and I have to be honest, I was surprised at how busy this place was. For the price of everything offered on the menu, I truly feel that the experience isn't worth the price. We ordered the "Big night out" and it was $112. For that price, we got 4 tiny pieces of filet and salmon which were the more "expensive" if you will, on our plate, along with shrimp, 4 small pieces of chicken, and marinated steak medallions. I had to request 2 new pieces of salmon because when we went to put them on the skewer there were brown areas on them that were concerning. The waiter was kind enough and didn't give us a fuss about replacing them which I appreciated, so that was good for the customer service rating. It was quite loud and a bit difficult to have a romantic dinner with the commotion of all the buzz going on around the restaurant because they were so busy with birthday gatherings and large parties if I'm being honest. I didn't feel that what we got as far as portions were worth the price that we were charged but everything we had did taste good. We were ready to go after dinner and chose not to do the chocolate fondue so the waiter did give us a card that is supposed to be able to be used at a later date so that was a plus. Also, maybe I'm the exception here, but I guess I would prefer to spend my time and money somewhere quiet and a bit more relaxing and where I don't have to prepare and cook my food. Overall, I guess this is more of an experience for people who choose to come here, which if that's what you want, then this would be the place to come, but for me, I wasn't that impressed for the cost.
IF YOU’RE THINKING OF GOING HERE, I RECOMMEND RESERVING A TABLE. The building was almost full on a Saturday night at 7pm and we were seated almost immediately. We went here right after getting engaged. I got the romance package - I’ll include pictures of everything with captions. This was my first time at a Melting Pot location, and some could consider it a waste of money since you’re paying as much as you are to simply cook your own food, but the environment, service, and convenience of the food, tools, clear/concise instructions, and literally anything else you need provided to you makes for a generally exquisite and unique dining experience so long as the food is good and believe me - it was. I found it to be MUCH more than worth an extravagant night out ESPECIALLY after putting a ring on someone else’s finger. I can’t remember our server’s name but I think it was Jackie. She was super super nice and did a wonderful job!
Absolutely amazing experience! It was my first time visiting the melting pot and it definitely exceeded my expectations. We ordered dessert - the s'mores chocolate fondue. It came with strawberries, brownies, bananas, rice crispy treats etc. So delicious!Dine in: Yes
Love the concept soup, cheese fondue, salad, entree that you have to cook and three way/ options and chocolate to top it off. Overall the food was good but nothing super delicious. The experience was awesome..my favorite was the soup and the entree. Great for a date night and yea the drinks are not bad although not included in the price.
Absolutely amazing experience!! My fiance took me here for a Valentines Day/ Anniversary dinner. We were seated upstairs and the dining table was gorgeous!! The waiter was very nice in explaining everything to us since we had never been here before. We were here for about 2 hours and enjoyed every second of it!!
We love coming to Melting Pot, but this time was particularly great!!! Our waitress Bri went above and beyond to give us the best experience. After finding out that my little sister was accepted to college, she surprised us with a special dessert that she took the time to personalize for my sister. Also, the food is always delicious! Highly recommend the Melting Pot for your next special occasion!
This is an amazing experience, you really must try it the atmosphere is great. The food is delicious, and the dessert is outstanding. This was our first time Eating here and it didn't disappoint us in any way. Our server was a big help explaining everything on the menu. He was on top of everything. So if you haven't experienced this establishment I recommend you give it a try. And if you have tried it go back again.
