Coughlin’s latest brunch menu is where it’s at. Not only was our food good but everyone’s food around us smelled heavenly. The mixed coffee drink could be dangerous, it did not taste like alcohol. 10/10 will be back!Food: 5/5
Pork Belly Bites were one dimensional in flavor. Low key sweet and salty maple that lacked a punch or counterpoint. Could use some spice and maybe a little ginger or lemongrass, and maybe some citrus. Something to suggest that the dish is going somewhere and to connect the pork with the pickles and arugula. That being said, the pickled onion and arugula did bring a little juxtaposition, and they were perfectly cooked and well presented. Good beer selection. Great service. Amazing patio.
Great atmosphere and service but the food was poor. We tried the Restaurant Week featured Smoked Platter for two. The brisket and pulled pork seemed like it came from a heat and eat bag. No smoke component at all. The brisket was tender but seemed more like pot roast, zero smoke component. Same with the pulled pork. Now the Turkey had nice smoke component but was very dry. The pork belly mac and cheese was the worst mac I ever had. It had NO flavor at all. Not even a remote essence of cheese flavor. We also tried the Smoked Wings...When I couldn't bite through the skin, I knew they deep fried them to. They had good smoke, but the skin was SO tough because they put them in a deep fryer! They should advertise that, very disappointing. The service was great and the place is packed with a very young crowd. We enjoyed ourselves all but for the food.
I went there for the very first time and for sure enjoyed. All of our orders were delicious and tasty. They have a big menu of drinks and they are look very good. All of our foods were well cooked and delicious. For sure we will be going back again and again.
Trendy hangout on Mt. Washington with elevated bar food and strong drinks. Chill atmosphere. The crowd on a busy Saturday night was mostly young couples or young groups. Welcoming to kids. The crag rangoon nachos were unique and fun. We also tried the cheeseburger eggrolls and they were okay. The Caughlins Law Burger is a menu highlight and it is served under a glass dome. When your server removes it, smoke billows out. It feels special and it was worth the show cause it was very good. I stuck with the smoky theme and had a smoked Old Fashioned. It was strong but good. It tasted like a campfire. I would visit here again.
Loved this place. Tried chicken nachos and for dessert peach nachos. Both were delicious!Food: 5/5
2024. Still great service and atmosphere. Burnt ends were cold but tasty. Cool patio but awesome bar scene out front. Way back when….Cheers to Natasha, our server tonight on the patio served us up with so much personality and knowledge about the menu and the drinks, great suggestion on the spicy mule, also the smoky burger was quite a treat check out the video.
The food was super good, the vibe was festive and the local tap list was great. Beer tried: Lustra, Pale Ale, 5.8% from @dancinggnome She’s a Beaut, IPA, 7.4% from @cinderlandsbeer Eats: Fry fligh genius with garlic ranch, sriracha aioli, and Texas BBQ dipping sauces. The ranch was my favorite Pulled Pork Grilled Cheese which was absolutely delicious Winter Harvest Salad with roasted butternut squash, red beats, goat cheese and pumpkin spiced vinaigrette
Once we got seated, the waitress was great. I realize it was their first week, new staff, but my goodness! Empty tables sat while patrons waited much longer than quoted to be seated. Should have brought more experienced staff from other location to train. At least split the new staff with original location for the first few weeks.Food: 3/5
We had a party of 20 this past weekend for my daughters 21st birthday. Coughlins Law doesn’t take reservations but I still wanted to call them just to give a heads up. They appreciated the call but still couldn’t guarantee we’d be able to be seated at the same time. Understandable .. so I told him what time we planned on arriving and kept my fingers crossed the whole time. When we got there, they had two long tables waiting for us! I was so happy! Every single staff member was FANTASTIC - from being greeted at the door by the mgr and hostess, to the wait staff who worked on our tables. I was beyond impressed with the awesome people there. Our food came super fast and literally everything was delicious. I will recommend Coughlins Law to everyone! Thanks so much for the great experience. Here’s a pic of the birthday girl outside by the barrel stack!
