I have been living here for almost two years. The management team and staff are great. They are attentive and kind. If something breaks, they fix it immediately.

They tell you one thing and do something else. The managing committee is a total fraud. We rented an apartment and when I got into it every other thing was broken. They gave me a broken handle refrigerator and told as it works so I should not have complained! All the door knobs were loose and some of them were even broken. The unit was full of roaches and when I told that, they said it was okay because they weren't alive. Where I myself killed them. One toilet had no seat and they said you have another toilet so no problem. None of the basins had strainer and they don't even care. Vinyl floor was broken and what not! Their managing team response seemed like we did something very wrong to point those fault. They are very rude and ill mannered.

Gave out in accurate rental info..but the staff are friendly and the place looks nice

Very nice mobile homes. Clean and quiet neighborhood. I love it out here.

Much improved management, close to UF and nearby grocery/pharmacy. Better water and safer community. Rent or own. Office closes at 5 to 6pm staff is friendly and will work with you.
