Loved it! We were able to check in early for a modest fee and we're upgraded to a much larger room with a couch, microwave, and mini fridge. The bed an pillows were comfy, everything was spotlessly cleaned, and the TV worked great. It walkable to the L, the loop, the mag mile, and navy pier. The only downside was the view of Trump tower (but that is probably why this hotel is such a steal!). I'd stay there again, for sure.

The hotel was very accommodating. I'll start by saying that I booked a room for my wedding night and let them know the occasion. They made note of it and decided to give us their best room on the top floor. The quality of the hotel seemed nice and modern. The room was nice as well, but could use some renovations. It was dated and needs a face lift.

Excellent location and view. Comfortable room, there is everything what you need. Nice compliments on the second floor. Friendly staff.  I can recommend it for visiting Chicago.

Excellent hotel! You cannot ask for a better location (prime spot for saint Patrick's day with the river going green), the price was fair considering we came from Canada. The rooms are clean and modern, the snack bar on the second level is one of the best  for us yet. The only downside was the bed, it was pretty uncomfortable, the mattress could use an upgrade as I don't think they've been replaced in some time. I'd definitely stay again when I'm back in Chicago or at their NYC hotel.

The employees were incredibly helpful and detailed whenever we asked a question. Our hotel room was incredibly small, since we were located at the very top of the building. They offer snacks throughout the day, as well as free coffee. Some people were upset because the elevators frequently had issues. Overall, it was a good stay due to the great location.
