Very professional. Had a 4 hr spa day. The massage and facials were amazing. The "Grotto" was very disappointing. Was not what I expected. Pedicure was good, manicure was just average. Everyone was very nice and professional

I received a $60 gift certificate from a friend and called and made an appointment for a 25 minute massage, and the type of massage was not verified when I got there. So instead, I was given a 50 minute massage and didn't realize it and felt forced to pay the difference when I didn't even ask for a 50 minute massage. Also, considering how expensive the massage was, it was also the worst massage I have ever had. I get massages regularly because of all the shoulder and neck pain I get. None of these issues were taken care of, even when I told her the specific area that needs extra work. My shoulder actually hurts worse today than it did before I got the massage. I wonder if she even has proper training in massage bc she was barely touching me and only using her fingertips even when I specified that I like firm pressure. Very disappointed with my experience and will stick to going to Refreshology instead.

Loved my face wax and eyebrow shaping with Mary Ann. I will definitely be going back. Smooth skin here I come!
