This place is the worst. I needed a box to send something in. They find one and then scan in two charges. "8.35" The guy says. I ask the guy, "For just a box? What was the second charge?" He says, "packaging fee." I say, "I don't need any packaging". He says, "it's the labor for packaging the item and tape." I say, "you're charging me 2.95 for 3 cents in tape and the labor to put it on?" "Yes, that's the standard charge". Jaw drop.

We have documents regularly notarized at this location and the staff are very friendly and fast.

This place is awful. I called to find out about fingerprinting and was told that they didn't do fingerprinting. This contradicted their website so I called again with the intention of asking for a manager. The person who picked up was different so I asked them the same question. He said they don't do fingerprinting today. I asked when they do and he said he didn't know. Just really terrible service. Thankfully the people at the UPS store downtown seem the have their stuff together.

I needed to send a package with prepaid label in my email. Usually I pay 0.1-0.3$ per printed page. This place wanted 3$ for the use of computer plus something for printing. No, thanks, good luck with the business.

This place is a certified rip-off. They charged me just under $4 to print a return label for my package. Not only that, but they only take cash for any payment under $5 so I was forced to buy some useless crap from them. Definitely not returning here.
