Friendly staff, but easily the slowest UPS Store in the country, and that is coming from someone who has used them personally in 48 states. They have two registers and god help you if both are tied up with long transactions. You will wait in line forever. Today the line stretched clear back to the entrance door. They need to get organized to keep at least one register available for drop offs that require receipts and other quick transactions. If they are packing a bunch of stuff for someone they should do it to the side and open the register to help another customer. Plenty of ways to solve this problem but it starts with having a sense of urgency instead of acting like your customers have all day to wait in line.

Terrible, heartbreaking service from this store. I could give a full breakdown of all the mess ups that the staff has pulled since I bought a mailbox less than six months ago but no one really cares to read specifics. Just know this: none of them have the time to tend to their customers. 

Wanna mail something? Expect a line
Want your mail forwarded on a specific day? Expect it to be late.
Want the franchise owner to call you because management isn't handling things well enough? Expect a more slippery time than holding a bar of soap in the shower. 

Honestly, the store should be shut down if the people can't operate it properly.

UPDATE 

Had another issue. Asked for mail to be forwarded to an address I had put on file. It was never forwarded. Now I'm calling today to have them reforward what they didn't send in the first place and the guy tells me my new address isn't on file. Why?! Why is this allowed to happen without some sort of repercussion? This isn't like messing up a burger at McDonald's, this is people's mail we're talking about here.

Was sitting in my living room right next to the front door at time posted as attempted delivery time. No knock, just a notice posted on my door when I took my dog out.
