I recently just bought a Broil King Regal 420 Pro BBQ off them and I was thoroughly impressed with their customer service and there staff and especially THEIR PRICE. When unpacking the BBQ I noticed the warming grill was bent and I called them and they said to come on in and they'd give me a new one. I drove over their right before they closed and I walked in the door and immediately they walked me over to 3 other BBQs that were on the floor with the identical grill they said pick whichever one you like! I was in and out in literally 1 minute. That's the kind of place I want to do business with. These guys have your back! Hopefully you buy your BBQ from them, if not... your loss.
