My experience with them had been such a waste of time. They told me my order will be ready in 1 - 3 business days , waited for 5 and emailed them inquiring. They put my order on hold and asked me if I wanted to continue the order. I replied and said yes. The website status was "in production". Its now 10 business days. I asked them and they said its been on hold all this time. What a waste of time this is.

Outstanding service, prices and staff! The gals in the copy and print centre are amazing!!!! Abbey and Shannon have helped me with marketing and poster projects multiple times and are educated, helpful and oh so friendly!! Can't recommend this place enough!

Zero star if I can give. Just went earlier today and wish to buy a sim card for cell phone, an associate came and asked us need any help. Waited 15-20 min after we told him what we need and we gonna wait by the cell phones area, he already went to help another customer. By the time I followed him to the cashier he already forgot me and ask me what phone? Card? What?? Later on he said he paged someone earlier for me. Yeah right....... That's explain why ppl shop online these days in order to avoid BS like these. U guys lost me there Staple, pissed and will never return to this store again.

Great location with friendly staff. Abbey in the marketing and print department always provides friendly service that is accurate and top notch! Look no further for your printing, tech and supply needs.

It's early afternoon on a Tuesday, and you can't answer the phone? Calling all departments continuously, no one answers anywhere. What are you all doing hiding in the washrooms!!
