This is my 4th good experience with A League of Extraordinary Movers. Two guys safely packed and moved everything according to plan. The price was good and right on target.
 I move often and I do try to have things organized and ready to go when the movers arrive.

The owner of the company answered a he phone and quoted the total over the phone after detailed questions.  They arrived on time and worked until job was done.  Professional and courteous.  Changes had to be made without any attitude or hassle.

I've used this company 4 times now and can't speak highly enough of them. They have done a few tough condo moves with stairs, elevators, etc and have never disappointed or broken any furniture.  When Ward tells you its going to be done, its done. All his guys are hard workers and take care of you also. I don't usually like to write reviews but felt that these guys deserve it.

When inquiring about the cost for movers I spoke with the owner Ward he told me the price he quoted me was the set price and assured me it would be no surprises the day of my move and emailed me the cash price. I was told my appointment would be on the 31st between 11-2. Prior to the movers arriving they called me and said they were  on their way which gave me more then enough time to be completely packed. Jerome and Richard came within the allotted time and were ready to move once they entered my apartment. Mind you I stayed on the 3rd floor and it didn't take them long at all to begin moving the items. I was a little taken aback when the owner showed up and was stating to Richard "her apartment to the stairs is 100 ft she should have been charged 10% more". Which when I inquired about the price the distance of my apartment to the ground floor was never asked nor mentioned and I felt if it was a issue it should have been mentioned prior to the day before moving and privately to his employee and  not in front of the customer. As promised though the rate remained the same.
Once Jerome and Richard finished packing the truck they followed me to the storage and it took them no time to unload my things in my storage. They were courteous from the start and wouldn't let me lift a thing ....... yes I did try to help them! If I can do it all over again I would if I can get the same movers because they really helped with 85% of my move!!!!!!!!! Thank you again Richard and Jerome for everything :)

I dealt with the CEO from the beginning up until the end of the move. I gave him an inventory and he gave me a price, that's it!. There were no fuel charges or hourly charges just a flat rate. I got 6 estimates and they were all at least $150.00 more than what I was quoted with this company. The movers showed up on time and were very courteous and polite, nothing got damaged and no walls were damaged. I would highly recommend this company if you want a smooth move and comfort of mind.
