This store saved my ride.  Top notch customer service was really, really appreciated.  I showed up only 10 minutes before closing, desperately searching for the brake piece I needed after having a malfunction, and Kieth not only helped me out, but was patient, gave me his input on various options, and even stayed late to do the install for me.  His great service saved my ride.  And, he even gave me a solid dinner recommendation!  Thank you Three Points Cycle.

Adam was very helpful, polite and professional in helping me replace all 4 tire tubes on my wheelchair that had gotten old and was leaking air. He knew the urgency in needing the wheelchair and stopped what he was doing to help me.

One of only a handful of full service bicycle shops left along the C&O Canal towpath.  Great service and a real resource in a pinch.

Owner of this place is awesome. I was on the Canal when I lost tire pressure on my rear wheel. Made it into Brunswick and he got me back on my ride in no time. Wouldn't accept a dime from me. Please, 1000% do business with this place!
