Joslin's is a family owned jewelry store established in 1977. Joslin's Jewelry has been a neighborhood icon at 95th and Antioch for 30 years!!

Story

Gary's brother Donnie opened the first store in the Raytown Plaza Shopping Center. In 1982 the Overland Park store was opened by Gary and Don Joslin, Sr., shortly thereafter closing the Raytown store.

When you arrive at Joslin's you are greeted by a friendly staff who is ready and willing to help make your visit a positive experience. We have 3 full-time jewelers on staff to design, repair, and customize your jewelry. The store manager, Dave Carpenter has been with Joslin's Jewelry since 1994. Dave is certified in diamonds by the Gemologist Institute of America. Gary is a GIA certified Graduate Gemologist.

I brought my car key in for a "repair." The battery in my key has been dead for weeks now. There is a screw in the key, that has to be removed to replace the battery. That screw has been stuck for a long time. I couldn't remove it, so I could change the battery. I took it to the car dealer, a watch repair place, and several Radio Shack's(before they went out of business), and not one of them was able to remove the screw. It was a factory key from Honda, and they wouldn't even try to remove the screw for me. I thought a jeweler might be my only, and last hope. I've heard, and saw many commercials, about the customer service that Joslin's Jewelry provides. I live close the there, so I thought "why not?" I took my key in Saturday morning, and they had the screw out and new battery in, in about 20-30 minutes. No charge for the battery or for the work they performed. I was so happy to get my key finally fixed, and for free. If I ever need any jewelry, I'll most definitely take my business to Joslin's Jewelry 100% of the time. I would highly recommend them for anyone else who needs any jewelry. THANKS A MILLION TIMES OVER FOR YOUR HELP!

Had an a great experience with Dave at Joslin's shopping for wedding bands. After purchasing an engagement ring from another store, we were shopping around for our wedding bands. My fiance had a relatively complicated request having to do with her engagement ring / band and Dave at Joslin's was the only person in town who took the time to understand what she wanted and helped make it happen - making me look like a hero. Quality service and the best price in town - having shopped around at several, several of their competitors. The whole experience was very low pressure and centered around what we wanted - not what they wanted to sell us. Go to Joslin's & ask for Dave!

Just bought my engagement ring from this place! I am going to be honest, I went a lot of places and did a good chunk of research and this was the only place with honest people and honest prices. I had someone try and sell me a ring that was way lower color and cut for way more. Gary Joslin is one of the most honest business men I have had the pleasure of meeting. As anyone knows, the diamond industry can get pretty messy when it comes to common moral basis and respect. I am glad to say that Joslin’s knocked it out of the park for me. My fiancé proposed on New Year's Eve with a ring purchased from Joslin's (He's already left an outstanding review), and my ring was big, so we took it in shortly after. Not only did they have it resized within a couple of hours, but when they sized my finger, they looked at it multiple times to make sure it was perfect with a quarter size, even though I was content with a slightly different half size. They were right on, and it's a perfect fit! Love how they go the extra mile.

My husband and I purchased our wedding bands and my engagement ring from Joslin's. The experience couldn't have been any more wonderful. We were treated like family and the quality is exceptional. They took the time to educate us and helped us select the perfect diamond. I will recommend to anyone in the market fine jewelry.
