Denise Baker is the reason I shop at Tivol.  She is the consummate professional, very proficient and knowledgeable of the jewelry business, but also a kind and patient salesperson.  Just the very type one would want to work with. Denise is an outstanding representative for Tivol's, and someone you should make an effort to get to know if you are shopping for jewelry or watches!

Ryan and I both have experienced all that encompasses engagements in "past lives", namely shopping for and selecting rings . However, neither of us ever experienced the privilege of having someone like David help us. He took the time to get to know us and fully understand what we were looking for. Amazingly, David instinctively knew exactly what to find us and had me in tears when he showed us my ring! We never felt like he was trying to upsell, manipulate, or rush us. Not only is David's expertise, customer service, follow-through unmatched, but he genuinely cares about his customers and treats us like family.  We love you David!

I’ve shopped at Tivol Hawthorne Plaza for more than ten years and received the highest level of customer service. Annie and all the staff have always gone above and beyond to help find just the right gift for my wife, daughters and now son-in-laws.

Outstanding personal service to help us find exactly the right piece of jewelry.  Tami Noon Mahaney  provided  the kind of help one can't get in the world of internet retail.  Her persistence in looking for the right bracelet and personal touch made for a great shopping experience.  We have shopped at Tivol several times over the last few years and each time, quality and service have exceeded expectations.

Tivol on 119th has always delivered top notch customer service and I greatly appreciate their staff, especially Denise. Denise helped me pick out the perfect watch and coordinated custom engraving on the back. She helped me take out links for the perfect fit and answered all my questions. Such a wonderful shopping experience!
