In December, I shopped in this store and had excellent customer service. We were shopping with our family and all had a great experience. I earned a $50 gift which I wanted to apply to an online purchase in January. In the Christmas chaos I must have lost my card and called the toll free number. Tina was very helpful and directed me to the store, stating they likely had a record. I was helped by Jeff, who was very gracious - taking the time to look up the information, check their stock, offer to send it from their store and apply the discount. At no time did I feel I had inconvenienced him although I had lost the card. I love the quality of the clothing - comfortable, stylish and well-made, but the service really makes the difference.
