Drove 45 minutes to get to store, waited 15 minutes for help before purchasing an iPhone X to be used on the Virgin network. Got home and spent another 15 minutes trying in vain to activate the phone on Virgin's network and another 15 minutes speaking to a Virgin rep only to learn that Apple gave us the wrong Virgin SIM card. Apparently there are two: one for iPhone X and another for everything else. Now I have to spend another 2 hours of time and money to make another round-trip to Apple to get the correct card. I've also been on the phone waiting to make a complaint for over a half hour. It also pisses me off that they don't mark the accessory bays with signs to indicate which products go with which phone.

The store employees are all young & don't know what they're doing, plus the place is packed & you have to wait a long time to even see anyone. The person who was assigned to help me said what I wasn't in stock, and that I needed to order online. When I tried to place my order, she kept clicking buttons I didn't want her to click. Then she got frustrated & just closed the browser halfway through. Rather than sign me out, she just closed the browser. I got frustrated and left without anything getting accomplished. I realized she left me signed in after I left, and when I called the store to ask them to check if I was still logged in, I gave a very detailed description of who I was working with, the manager who tried to help, and the exact location of where the laptop I used was. I called & they were no help. So, not only did I have to change my apple password, I had to change my PayPal password. I'm just crossing my fingers that nobody else in the store randomly opens the browser, see I'm logged in, and tries to buy something.

Had issues with my iPhones display to the point that it no longer worked, checked online and saw next available appointment was a week from now, so I went here. Just went up to a person in blue who directed me to a tech person. They took my info and said it would be 45 minutes, and to wait for the text saying to come back. I only waited 15 minutes before they were ready to see me, and then went to the Genius Bar where, because I had apple care +, they replaced my phone for $99. It took a while to backup my old phone, and then update and restore info to the new phone All in all walked in with a broken phone, came out was than 2 hours later with new fully updated phone with all my original info on it. Very impressed. Good staff was friendly and the wait time was fine, but I hear it is hit and miss.

Nice experience. They resolved my problem even though it's little late. Sometimes it happens! They can be little more customer friendly!

Good store. It’s not always clear where to go or who to see. I find many irritated customers thinking they understand apple’s business model better than the employees here, but after waiting a bit for assistance with one of the most popular products available, I was able to conduct my business pleasantly.
