Top Notch is the best heating and cooling company we have found. Our family has used them for years and have always been 100% satisfied from maintenance of our HVAC to replacement of same. When we bought our new house we had another provider that starts with AB for a one year service agreement, that year couldn't end soon enough. We have been back with Top Notch and happy since.

Top Notch did a great job replacing our A/C condenser and coils. The saleswoman was professional and knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. Top Notch pulls permits on their jobs which indicates that they are competent and have no concerns about a city inspector reviewing their work (so important considering all the fly by night companies out there). Our install passed inspection with flying colors. It was reasonably priced and the whole process was just smooth, professional and easy - exactly how you want it to be when dealing with HVAC. I would recommend them to anyone.

I can't say enough great things about this company. They are honest, timely and their technicians do a GREAT job explaining what is wrong and what needs to be done about it. They are also reasonably priced - even for emergency services. I had one technician come out super early on a Saturday morning and the service charge was the same as it would have been any other day of the week! Furthermore, when you call for service, you talk to a real person instead of an automated machine. They have my loyalty forever.

While Top Notch has provided decent service to my house for several years, I do have some issues with them. One is that when I call and ask a question of any company, religion should not be a part of the conversation. I do not care if the person fixing my sink is a good Christian man. Is this an openly Christian company? Are they openly conveying their political affiliations as well? If so, I decline their service.
