My service advisor Alex Corona was awesome. He met me right away when I brought the car in and gave me a complete rundown of what maintenance my car needed and why along with a reasonable estimate. The car was also ready sooner than expected. It was a great experience all around!

Stopped in without an appointment to get an oil change. They were able to fit me in, nice lounge with snacks and beverages, and the service was done quickly and the price was very reasonable. Staff were all very friendly and professional. Would definitely be back.

My 2011 Nissan Altima recently broke down on my way from Long Beach, CA to Palm Springs. The transmission died as soon as I exited on Bob Hope Drive. I was freaking out because I had my kid and a family friend withe me. I managed to drop them off at a friend's house and found Torre Nissan via Yelp.

I managed to get the car to this dealer and Dean Coco was my Service Advisor. Dean managed to get me a rental covered under Nissan's warranty and although I had to drive back to Palm Springs on Memorial Day to pick up the car, the car was in perfect condition.

Dean went out of his way to prove to Nissan that a simple transmission service with coolant wasn't going to fix my transmission problem. In the end, he proved his point and got Nissan to approve a brand new transmission for my car. He tested the car and it runs like a brand new vehicle. 

I can't thank Dean and Brenda enough for their excellent customer service and attention to detail. Both Torre Nissan staff members are amazing and deserve more than the 5 Stars allowed by Yelp.

Thank you Dean for taking care of my car and concerns. Thank you Brenda for being so nice and funny when I needed it the most.

These guys are great! From the time I drive up, I never feel lost. They remember me, they speak to me with respect and kindness, they keep me informed of what they need to do now and for my next visit. I really appreciate that!
